THE RECORD BEHIND THE OBJECT
First Gaussian splat on the archive. Captured with a phone during the first meeting with ARCHiNOS; the splat was trained and edited in the 3D Splat App and is shown as edited.
Gaussian splat trained from 136 phone stills taken in one pass, no lighting, targets or scanning equipment. Pilot, version 1: the object is complete in outline; the carving reads as colour rather than relief, and the top platform is missing where nothing tied it to the flanks. A second run with a 3D scanner, targets and a dedicated staircase pass is planned.

This pilot remains viewing-only, with missing top-platform geometry and limited carving relief.
